Here are the details of the meeting…
The meeting will begin with the prayer and the pledge. This will be followed by a few announcements, then your introduction.
We will put you on no later than 8:45AM and we will give you 20-30 minutes for your presentation. No later than 9:15AM, we will begin to take questions from the audience, concluding the meeting at 9:30AM.
If possible, we’d love to have you stick around for a few minutes afterwards in case members have additional questions or would like to meet you personally.
